Experienced Account Manager / Customer Success Manager needed for a growing FMCG Field Marketing company. Based remotely, you will manage and support new and existing clients, improving their ROI on their field marketing campaigns.
You will:
- Act as the main point of contact for a number of FMCG clients.
- Ensure all client activities/issues are delivered/dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
- Use data and technology to report trends and key facts - how can the campaign be improved.
- Manage and fully maximise the client's budget and provide regular progress reports.
- Deliver incremental business and opportunities in existing clients.
- Compile & communicate briefs & reporting in line with role.
- Lead relevant team meetings & lead by example with the commercial team whilst developing junior staff in line with company expectations.
Your background:
- You will be a CSM or Account Manager from field marketing, FMCG or instore marketing/advertising or similar.
- Great client management skills with the ability to spot new opportunities.
- Experience working with well-known retail brands.
- You can be based anywhere in the UK but need to travel to see clients on a regular basis, plus meetings in the Nottinghamshire office. A full UK driving licence is essential.
- A majority of customers are in the M4/M40 corridor area.
