Experienced Marketing Director needed to lead and scale in-house marketing function within a digital retail and financial services company. You will take full ownership of the £5M+ annual marketing budget and lead a team across CRM, SEO and PPC - ensuring a great ROI and growth within the company from high quality leads.

Your responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver end to end marketing strategy across the business areas
  • Plan, manage and optimise the marketing budget
  • Own the full lead funnel - first touch to conversion, completion and funding
  • Drive continual improvement
  • Lead all performance marketing activity across PPC, SEO and paid media
  • Own CRM strategies and ensure all CRM and marketing communications are compliant (FCA and GDPR)
  • Own brand positioning and proposition messaging across digital channels
  • Present performance updates, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Your background:

  • Senior marketing leadership experience within financial services, or digital retail
  • Proven experience managing multi-million-pound marketing budgets
  • Strong background in performance marketing, CRM, SEO, and PPC
  • Demonstrable success improving lead funnel efficiency and conversion metrics
  • Commercially astute with strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Experience leading and developing in-house marketing teams
