What You\’ll Be Doing:

• Handling warm leads from a variety of inbound channels — no cold calling involved
• Building rapport with customers to understand their needs
• Using internal tools to match customers with the best leasing and finance deals
• Providing a professional, consultative service from enquiry to delivery
• Delivering an excellent customer experience that encourages repeat business
