The role
We are looking for a reliable and creative floor manager to join our team in our busy restaurant in East London. The right candidate will help our General Manager to run the business. You will have a genuine passion for Thai food and exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to team management. You will train your team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer experience.

Experience
1 year minimum experience required in the same role
What skills are required
Inspiring & leading the best team during service
Promoting a culture of respect which balances guest focus and an enjoyable place to work
Being responsible for stock count and ordering
Contributing to the team development
Knowledge and passion for Thai food
Knowledge of classic cocktails
Passion and experience with wines preferred
Experience with SevenRooms, Lightspeed and Opsyte preferred but not required
