Experienced Marketing Director needed to lead and scale in-house marketing function within a digital retail and financial services company. You will take full ownership of the Β£5M+ annual marketing budget and lead a team across CRM, SEO and PPC β ensuring a great ROI and growth within the company from high-quality leads.
Your responsibilities:
- Own and deliver end-to-end marketing strategy across the business areas
- Plan, manage and optimise the marketing budget
- Own the full lead funnel β first touch to conversion, completion and funding
- Drive continual improvement
- Lead all performance marketing activity across PPC, SEO and paid media
- Own CRM strategies and ensure all CRM and marketing communications are compliant (FCA and GDPR)
- Own brand positioning and proposition messaging across digital channels
- Present performance updates, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Your background:
- Senior marketing leadership experience within financial services, or digital retail
- Proven experience managing multi-million-pound marketing budgets
- Strong background in performance marketing, CRM, SEO, and PPC
- Demonstrable success improving lead funnel efficiency and conversion metrics
- Commercially astute with strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience leading and developing in-house marketing teams
