Overview
In this role you bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into practical solutions. You will analyze processes, identify efficiency gains, and support the delivery of business systems, including ERP enhancements. You’ll work across projects to ensure solutions meet business requirements on time and within budget. This role offers impact through process optimization and data-driven improvements in a collaborative IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and improve business processes, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and define clear requirements
- Produce requirements documentation, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support the delivery and refinement of business systems and technology solutions
- Help ensure the ERP system remains effective and aligned with business requirements
- Support projects from definition through to delivery, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget
- Work closely with technical teams and third-party suppliers where required
Key requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of business process modelling techniques
- Experience writing requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience refining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions
- Knowledge of SQL and/or data analysis tools (Power BI or Qlik Sense)
- FMCG experience is advantageous
