Role and Responsibilities:
- Utilize your extensive expertise in Low Latency Java programming to develop high-performance solutions for e-trading within Front Office/Capital Markets.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of at least one key asset class in Capital Markets, such as Rates, Credit, FX, Equities.
- Conduct JVM tuning and Garbage Collector tuning to optimize system performance.
- Provide hands-on involvement in discussing and implementing low-level details, encompassing both code and OS aspects.
- Leverage your knowledge of frameworks such as LMAX Disruptor, Aeron, Coral Sequencer, Gemfire, and Gridgrain/Ignite to enhance system architecture and functionality.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Java development with a focus on low latency programming.
- Proven track record of working in e-trading environments within Front Office/Capital Markets.
- Proficiency in JVM tuning and Garbage Collector tuning techniques.
