The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to step into a strategic yet hands‐on leadership role, taking ownership of a multi‐site estate at a pivotal stage of growth. Property sits at the heart of the business - not just as an operational function, but as a key driver of:

Working closely with the Executive team, you will play a central role in shaping how the brand evolves across both existing and new markets.
The Role
You will lead the day‐to‐day management and strategic development of the retail property estate, ensuring locations support sales performance, protect margin and reflect the brand's premium positioning. Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing the property strategy aligned to growth and ROI
- Managing lease renewals, re‐gears, rent reviews and negotiations
- Supporting new site identification and acquisitions
- Overseeing relocations and selective closures
- Driving portfolio efficiency, cost control and risk management
- Managing landlord relationships and external property agents
- Leading retail‐focused CAPEX projects, refits and brand execution
- Supporting facilities, compliance and operational standards across the estate
This role combines commercial negotiation, strategic thinking and practical estate leadership in a fast‐paced, premium retail environment.
The Profile
We are keen to speak with individuals who bring:
- Proven experience managing a multi‐site retail property portfolio
- Strong lease negotiation expertise within high street or premium retail environments
- Deep understanding of retail property structures
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Confidence operating with senior stakeholders and influencing decision‐making
Highly desirable:
- Experience within luxury retail, premium hospitality or lifestyle brands
- Exposure to international expansion, particularly the United States would be beneficial
