SolvTalent is engaged on an exclusive basis by a highly respected boutique property consultancy to appoint an experienced Landlord & Tenant Surveyor into their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a quality‐led practice that works directly with major institutional asset managers and investment funds, advising on a broad range of landlord & tenant and asset management matters across commercial property portfolios.

The business has built an outstanding reputation within the market and is known for delivering high‐quality strategic advice rather than high‐volume transactional work. Their client base includes leading institutional investors and asset managers, with exposure to premium assets and complex instructions across the UK.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced L&T professional who is capable of operating autonomously from day one and enjoys working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. You will advise institutional clients on matters relating to:

  • Lease renewals
  • Rent reviews
  • Asset management initiatives
  • Buy/sell transaction support
  • Strategic landlord & tenant advice across commercial portfolios

The position offers genuine flexibility and could suit someone looking for a long‐term platform to grow within a highly regarded independent practice.

My client is keen to speak with individuals who can demonstrate:

  • Proven Landlord & Tenant surveying experience
  • The ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong commercial awareness and client‐facing capability
  • Existing institutional client exposure or transferable relationships

For individuals operating at Director level, the ability to generate and develop business would be highly advantageous.

Both full‐time and part‐time arrangements considered

The wider business consists of an established team of around 15 professionals, including a dedicated Landlord & Tenant and Asset Management division.
