Senior Acquisitions Manager .
This is a rare opportunity to lead an established acquisitions function, manage a high-performing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future growth of a substantial UK estate.
This isn't simply about finding sites.
It's about influencing strategy, leading people, building key industry relationships and delivering the next phase of a major national expansion programme.
- What you'll be doing
- Leading a national acquisitions strategy across the UK.
- Managing and developing an experienced team of Acquisition Managers.
- Identifying, negotiating and securing new commercial opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with landlords, developers and agents.
- Working closely with Planning, Construction, Legal, Finance and Operations teams.
- Influencing senior leadership decisions around future estate growth.
- You'll ideally bring
- A proven track record of delivering new store acquisitions at scale.
- Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading and developing successful teams.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
- MRICS is desirable but not essential.
