  • What you'll be doing
  • Leading a national acquisitions strategy across the UK.
  • Managing and developing an experienced team of Acquisition Managers.
  • Identifying, negotiating and securing new commercial opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with landlords, developers and agents.
  • Working closely with Planning, Construction, Legal, Finance and Operations teams.
  • Influencing senior leadership decisions around future estate growth.
  • You'll ideally bring
  • A proven track record of delivering new store acquisitions at scale.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading and developing successful teams.
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
  • MRICS is desirable but not essential.
