Solv Talent is commissioned to appoint a Group Facilities Manager for a fast-growing, premium, multi-site leisure business. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will take full ownership of a UK-wide estate - ensuring every site is safe, operational, and maintained to an exceptional standard. This is not a desk-based role. You’ll be on the ground, fixing problems, building systems, driving standards, and enabling sustainable growth.

The Role:

  • You’ll take full responsibility for the performance, condition, and longevity of all physical assets across the estate - from core infrastructure through to customer-facing environments.
  • Working closely with operational teams and contractors, you’ll own all reactive and planned maintenance across the estate.
  • Build and implement robust PPM systems.
  • Take control of supplier performance, cost, and quality.
  • Lead on new site handovers, snagging, and defect resolution.
  • Protect asset value and ensure sites operate without disruption.

What Makes This Different:

  • This is a business where standards matter.
  • Speed matters.
  • Ownership matters.

You won’t be managing from behind a screen - you’ll be trusted to take control and make things happen.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

  • Proven in multi-site facilities or maintenance management.
  • Commercial, decisive, and highly organised.
  • Comfortable managing contractors and holding them to account.
