This is a highly influential role within the property function, helping shape where the business grows next. Working alongside Acquisitions, Estates, Finance and Operations, you will use data, market insight and commercial analysis to influence multi-million-pound property investment decisions. If you enjoy combining analytical thinking with commercial decision-making and want to play a key role in a major UK growth programme, this is an outstanding opportunity. Producing sales forecasts for new store opportunities Evaluating sites using demographic, catchment and competitor data Supporting acquisition decisions through robust commercial analysis Monitoring market trends and competitor activity Developing location strategies to support long-term expansion Working closely with Property, Acquisitions, Finance and Operational teams to support investment decisions We're looking for someone who enjoys solving commercial problems through data and insight.
