SolvTalent has been retained by a leading UK multi-site operator to appoint an experienced Estates Manager to help shape, protect, and enhance the performance of a nationally significant property portfolio. This is a role that goes far beyond traditional estate management. You will play a key part in driving commercial value, identifying development opportunities, negotiating complex lease events, and protecting the estate from external threats - all while working closely with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across the business. This is an opportunity to genuinely influence estate strategy within a forward-thinking and ambitious organisation.
Key areas of focus:
- Managing rent reviews, lease renewals, regears, and strategic lease negotiations
- Identifying asset optimisation, development, and alternative use opportunities
- Protecting the estate from external planning or infrastructure threats
- Negotiating disposals, acquisitions, and commercial agreements
- Building strong relationships with landlords, developers, and key external partners
- Supporting long-term estate strategy and commercial performance
About you:
- MRICS qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience managing multi-site commercial portfolios
- Commercially astute with excellent negotiation skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable operating autonomously
- Experience within retail, hospitality, leisure, or operational portfolios is highly advantageous
