We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join an established Property team and deliver a varied programme of construction, refurbishment and estate improvement projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a project professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through to completion, working across a live operational estate and managing multiple projects at different stages of delivery.
The role involves delivering a diverse portfolio of projects including new developments, refurbishments, fit-outs, asset renewal programmes and wider estate improvement projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing construction and refurbishment projects from inception to completion
- Developing project briefs, programmes, budgets, risk registers and delivery plans
- Coordinating feasibility, design, procurement, construction, handover and close-out
- Managing project costs, forecasts, purchase orders and financial reporting
- Leading project meetings, site reviews and progress updates
- Managing contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with CDM 2015, Building Regulations and relevant Health and Safety legislation
