An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK's leading multi-site retail businesses during a significant period of continued expansion. This is a highly influential role within the property function, helping shape where the business grows next. Working alongside Acquisitions, Estates, Finance and Operations, you will use data, market insight and commercial analysis to influence multi-million-pound property investment decisions.

The Role

You'll be responsible for providing the insight that underpins property and expansion decisions across a large national estate. Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing sales forecasts for new store opportunities
  • Assessing the impact of new locations on the existing estate
  • Evaluating sites using demographic, catchment and competitor data
  • Supporting acquisition decisions through robust commercial analysis
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
  • Developing location strategies to support long-term expansion
  • Presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Working closely with Property, Acquisitions, Finance and Operational teams to support investment decisions

This is a commercially focused analytical role where your recommendations will directly influence the future shape of the property portfolio.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving commercial problems through data and insight. You may currently work within:

  • Experience working within a fast-paced multi-site business
