We’re currently recruiting for a Property Portfolio & Workplace Strategy Manager to join a well-established, multi-office international law firm. This is a hands-on property role focused on office space strategy and delivery. If you have experience negotiating office space, managing relocations, delivering refits and shaping workplace strategy, we want to hear from you!
The Opportunity
- Lead on office acquisitions and lease negotiations
- Manage lease events and maintain a strategic lease diary
- Oversee office relocations, refits and capital projects
- Work closely with senior leadership on portfolio planning
- Manage external consultants and professional advisers
- Drive workplace initiatives aligned with sustainability and Net Zero ambitions
- Oversee budgets and supplier relationships
- Act as the escalation point for property-related matters
This is a visible role with genuine influence across the business.
What We’re Looking For
- Birmingham-based (or able to commute to Birmingham twice per week)
- Strong background in office space negotiations and portfolio management
- Proven experience delivering office moves and refits
- Commercially astute and confident dealing with landlords and agents
- Ideally RICS qualified (or working towards)
- Strong financial and analytical capability
- Professional, discreet and confident managing senior stakeholders
Importantly, this is not a facilities management role. We are looking for someone with core real estate and workplace strategy expertise.
