You'll sit beside the CEO, run the operating cadence of the company, and pick up whatever is most important that week — from closing a carrier deal to standing up a new internal process.

You're comfortable with ambiguity and measured on outcomes, not activity.
What you'll do
- Run the company operating rhythm — goals, metrics, weekly reviews and follow-through.
- Own high-leverage projects end-to-end across commercial, deployment and operations.
- Build internal systems and AI-powered workflows that let a small team punch far above its weight.
- Prepare board, investor and customer materials, and chase the details that make them land.
- Be the connective tissue between founders, team and customers — surfacing what matters, killing what doesn't.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in a fast-paced operating role — consulting, banking, startups, founder, or chief-of-staff.
- A track record of owning ambiguous problems and driving them to a measurable result.
- Genuinely AI-native: you already use modern AI tools daily to multiply your output.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; comfortable with senior stakeholders.
