We\’re hiring local candidates in Rugby for a long-term customer service role supporting European truck drivers.
You Must
- Speak English, French + Spanish or Italian (3 languages)
- Live locally – office-based for the first 8 weeks
- Pass a language test (fluency in English, French PLUS either Spanish or Italian is essential)
The Role
- Take calls from drivers needing recovery in Europe
- Liaise with garages, book hotels, update CRM
- Shifts between 6am-midnight on a planned rota.
- Use phone, email, Excel
