Manual Warehouse Operative / Drivers mate

*UK Drivers License essential*

Day Shift Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00

Temporary work initially

£12.21 per hour rising to £12.60 after 12 weeks

We are currently working with a luxury furniture distribution in the Attleborough area of Nuneaton.

This is a role working in the outbound section of the warehouse. Duties will include working with the delivery crew, quality checking furniture items and loading containers.

At times you will also be going out on the road as a drivers mate/porter, delivering furniture to customers homes. Duties will include: ringing customers and updating them on your ETA, carefully manoeuvring furniture into the customers chosen room and helping with assembly duties.

This role includes manual duties, regularly handling 25kg+

This is a modern site with great facilities, you will be treated with respect by the management team and all they ask for in in return is reliability, a proactive nature and a real team player.

As this is a customer facing role you will also need to be friendly, polite and well presented.

Yes, this is a temporary role initially however if you settle in well and make a positive impact there is most definitely scope to stay and grow.
