We are looking for experienced electro-mechanical assembly operatives who have great wiring, crimping and soldering skills for a major client in the Rugby area. This is a shop floor-based role where you handle PCBs, wiring up power using crimp, build mechanical frames and build harnesses looms. Some of the crimps are very small and there will be drawings/schematics to read. It’s a busy role where quality is far more important than speed, but it can be manual. A nice, fixed day shift working Monday – Friday with an early Friday finish.
The perfect person will have:
- 2 years plus solid experience within an electro-mechanical assembly role
- Great soldering skills
- Dexterous
- Easy to get along with
- Someone who is local to Rugby
