We are looking for an experienced production supervisor who knows their way around the world of precision engineering to join a well-established, down to earth engineering company.

You will be responsible for:

  • Attending production meetings
  • Ensuring production targets & KPI's are achieved
  • Resolving issues/problems as they happen
  • Employee return to work meetings
  • Continuous improvement

Flexibility is needed for this role and will involve hands on work from time to time.

To be considered

  • Previous supervisor experience in a production/manufacturing environment
  • Experience running a CNC cell is advantageous
  • Clear communication skills
  • Strong people management skills
