This company distributes high quality, handmade furniture products and they are looking for an additional Warehouse Team Leader to focus on customer returns and product recovery.
Key responsibilities include: Ensuring that returned stock is processed and reported.
Responsible for recovering products to keep profits high and avoid environmental impact of disposal Identifying manufacturing faults and liaising with suppliers Identifying 3PL damages and agreeing claims Organising loan products for customers Maintaining Photoshoot/Sample stock - dispatching, put-away and disposal.
