Machine Operatives needed in Rugby for an immediate start.
Bending, measuring and cutting metal in a busy yard. £13.00 per hour, 45 paid hours a week (around £30K a year), weekly pay, temp to perm.
We're recruiting 2 x reliable Machine Operatives for a metal manufacturing client in Rugby. This is heavy, physical, hands-on work on a fixed day shift. No nights. No weekends.
Your role
Operating machinery to bend metal materials
Measuring and cutting products to size
Moving materials around the yard and site
General production and yard duties
Following health and safety procedures
What you'll need
Experience as a machine operative, general operative, yard operative, labourer or production operative
Happy with heavy, physical outdoor work
Good with measurements and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual and able to start immediately
Manufacturing or metal industry experience is a bonus, but full training is given
What you'll get
£13.00 per hour
£19.50 per hour for overtime, with regular early morning overtime available
45 paid hours per week
Weekly pay
Fixed day shift, Monday to Friday
Plenty of training and support
