We are currently hiring for an experienced Counterbalance Driver to join a manufacturing business in Rugby.
THIS IS A MULTISKILLED ROLE WHICH INCLUDES WORKING BOTH ON AND OFF THE FLT. Please note you will be working with raw materials therefore the environment can be dusty.
Duties will/may include:
- Using counterbalance to load and unload machinery
- Changing machinery settings
- Using extendable knives to cut bags of products
- Basic computer system use
To be considered you will:
- Have your own reliable transport
- Be an experienced Counterbalance operator with proof of training
- Any previous manufacturing/production experience is beneficial
