Ambitious Production Team Leader Lutterworth (LE17) Mon – Fri (Day Shift) £27K Full Time – Permanent Job We are looking for an ambitious Production Supervisor / Production Team leader to start a full-time role at a small but very busy POS and shop display company in Lutterworth. This is a hands-on role where you supervise a small team and ensure orders are being built correctly and to the right customer specification, along with signing off all paperwork. There may be times where you need to complete some assembly yourself, keep records on who has assembled what, and perform maintenance around the warehouse (checking fire extinguishers, disposal on redundant items or general duties). It’s Monday – Friday working 8am – 5pm with some flexibility needed in case you need to start early or finish later. What’s the perfect candidate?
