We are looking for a proactive and confident individual to join an office team based in Rugby. This role is working for a successful manufacturing company in Rugby. This is a 100% office-based role working with a small but busy team.
Duties will include:
- Processing customer's orders
- Providing quotes to customers
- Creating invoices
- Creating works orders for the manufacturing team
- Data entry on multiple systems including Microsoft Excel
- Answering any customer queries via telephone or email
- Working closely with the warehouse and manufacturing team
This is a great role for a chatty, motivated person, who has great customer service skills and excellent computer literacy. The role will be varied and we are looking for somebody to get stuck in.
This role offers you:
- £13.00 per hour – 37.5 hours per week
- Weekly pay via SolviT Recruitment for the first 12 weeks
- Full training - we are mainly looking for somebody with potential rather than the finished product.
