Part Time – Ongoing Agency URGENT – Starting ASAP
We are looking for an experienced customer services person who can work ad hoc shifts within a busy, 24 hour call centre in Daventry. You will be taking calls from businesses and official bodies, expected to handle the call, book appointments and manage a diary. There will be computers to use, lots of inbound calls and it’s very fast-paced working within a smaller team.
To be considered you must:
- Be living in Daventry
- Be able to attend shifts without any issues
- Have previous customer service experience
- Be fully computer literate
