Solvit Recruitment are currently looking for a HGV Class 2 Refuse Driver. This role is for Adhoc and Holiday cover, perfect if you are looking for part-time work. We are working with a local authority who are looking for an HGV Class 2 Refuse Driver; you will drive a refuse collection vehicle supplied by the Authority to carry out designated duties. These duties are to ensure that all waste streams (including Trade Waste) are collected. This is a varied role and you will be working and assisting on your team, and on occasion you will be on the road sweeper.
Working between Monday to Friday, start time from 06:00 until finish usually around 15:00. You will be paid £17.18 per hour excluding holiday pay.
