We're looking for an experienced maintenance engineer comfortable with both electrical and mechanical work for a manufacturing site in Rugby town centre. It's a 4-day week working Monday to Thursday on a 3pm to 1am shift giving you a 3-day weekend every week. You'll be working on conveyors, PLCs and 3-phase electrics, plus working alongside OEMs on some bespoke machinery on site. You'll need solid experience across both mechanical and electrical maintenance. Attitude matters too; they want someone easy to work with, happy to learn new kit, manage their own workload and respond to callouts when needed.
