We are looking for a computer literate gatehouse coordinator to join a large scale business as they continue to grow.

What you will be doing:

  • Ensure HGV drivers have the relevant documents for deliveries and collections.
  • Any deliveries/collection ref numbers are entered into the system accurately.
  • Communicate with on-site teams to ensure vehicles are loaded/unloaded correctly and efficiently.
  • Escalate any delays, discrepancies or non-compliance directly to the warehouse manager.

Rotating Shift pattern:

  • All shifts are Monday - Friday
  • Week 1: 06:00 – 14:00
  • Week 2: 14:00 – 22:00
  • Week 3: 09:00 – 17:00
  • Repeat

To be considered:

  • Previous experience working in a gatehouse environment dealing with HGV vehicles.
  • Experience with weighbridge operations would be an advantage.
  • Clear communication both written and spoken.
  • Computer literacy is a must for this one.
