Working with one of the country's market leaders in used car sales, you'll be highly motivated with overall responsibility for the performance of the site. With a high volume of customers generated by the telesales team, you'll guide the team through the entire customer journey, from initial contact to final sale.
General Responsibilities:
- Step up to General Manager responsibilities during absences from site
- Review the performance of the sales team
- Guide the sales team to meet sales targets and upsell value-added products
- Mentor the sales team in closing deals
- Audit deal presentations and identify opportunities for improvement
- Audit financial documents to ensure compliance
- Exceed monthly sales targets
- Hit your own sales targets
