Factory Dispatch Operative Rugby 07:45 – 16:00, Monday to Friday £13.00 per hour Full-time – Long-term Temp to Perm Urgent : Immediate Start We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Operative to join a busy factory in Rugby. This is a hands-on role involving the packing of metallic products ranging from large kit-form bus shelters to smaller items such as parking bollards. You will be working directly on customer orders, completing the packing process from start to finish and applying labels by hand. This is a physically demanding role, so you\’ll need to be comfortable with manual work. We\’re looking for someone who is a natural problem-solver, easy to work with and reliable.
