- Assess part-exchange vehicles, considering condition, mileage, and history.
- Use industry-standard tools and software to accurately value vehicles.

- Test drive vehicles to identify any mechanical issues.
- Select suitable retail stock from part-exchange vehicles.
- Manage the disposal of vehicles not retained for resale, including paperwork and auction logistics.
