General Responsibilities:- Welcome and direct customers
- Discuss vehicle selections
- Guide customers through purchasing options
- Close deals
- Upsell products
- Meet sales targets
- At least 1 year's experience in used car sales
- Proven ability to close sales
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain FCA Accreditation (or hold existing qualification)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- A professional appearance
- £22k salary plus uncapped commission
