We\’re working with a busy engineering firm in Rugby that makes parts for big-name industries like aerospace, automotive, and defence. They\’re looking for someone reliable, enthusiastic and ready to learn.

What\’s the job?

You\’ll be trained to operate a kiln, building it, loading it, unloading it and using a kiln cart to move products in and out. There\’s a bit of manual work, some inspecting of parts and loads of support from a mentor who\’ll show you the ropes.
