Sales & Marketing Manager

Mon Fri (8-hour shift between 6am and 6pm)

We are looking for an experienced and very ambitious Sales & Marketing Manager for a busy engineering company in Leicestershire.
This is an office-based role (sorry, but no remote/hybrid options) working Monday Friday.
You will be expected to drive and grow sales, identify new opportunities, work with the marketing department to support new initiatives and build relationships with customers.
It's a mixture of marketing and sales, so we really are looking for someone who has solid experience in both (we are NOT just looking for a marketing person). The sales element is quite strong, and there will be outbound calls, aka cold calling, plus targets to hit.
The perfect person will be someone who has a strong B2B sales background, is confident with social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, and is computer literate.
