We are looking for an experienced production / fabrication team leader for an engineering site in Rugby. This is a hands-on, production-based role working with a company that fits mechanical products onto trailers. You will be leading a small team, helping with other parts of production and working with fabrication / fitting yourself.
The perfect person will be someone who has worked with fabrication or mechanical fitting before and has held some kind of supervisory role within this field.
This role offers you:
- £16 - £17 p/hour (depending on experience)
- 40 hours paid per week
- Enhanced rate for overtime
