We are looking for a Senior Warehouse Operative/Step up Team Leader/Step up Supervisor to join a busy site in DIRFT. This is a multi-skilled role, combining warehouse duties, team leading and administration. This is a varied role and duties will include:
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Unloading and loading
- Palletising goods, wrapping, banding etc.
- Acting as a step up Team leader in the absence of the Supervisor
- Distributing workload across the team
- Liaising with customers via email, phone call and teams calls
- Raising orders on the system
- Other supporting duties
To be considered you will have:
- Previous warehouse operative experience
- Previous leadership experience
- Be computer literate and have experience using different WMS
- Be a confident communicator via phone call, emails and on teams calls
- Be a natural problem solver
This is ongoing work and offers:
