We are looking for really experienced electro – mechanical assembly operatives who have built complete assemblies for a busy engineering company in Rugby.

This is a role where you build laser systems from scratch so wiring, crimping, soldering, handling electronics, building cooling systems before then moving onto the mechanical side with the frames and housing. Some of the items are very small and it’s a role where you read drawings, follow diagrams, use various tools and basically build complete systems to a very high standard.

What skills are needed?

  • 2 years solid experience in an electro-mechanical assembly role.
  • Strong wiring and soldering skills.
  • Ability to read schematics.
  • Full right to work.
