Industrial Site Operative PLEASE READ THE JOB – DON\’T ASSUME ITS CONSTRUCTION AS ITS NOT Rugby- £33,000+ OTE – Weekly Rotating Shifts We are hiring for a heavy manual role in a concrete facility. This is not a construction site but the same site safety standards apply. STOP – Do not apply unless you meet these 4 criteria: CSCS Card: You must hold a valid card. Drug Test: You must pass a strict drug & alcohol test before starting. Transport: You must drive and have your own vehicle. Fitness: You must be physically robust (heavy lifting, jackhammers, confined spaces).The Role: Breaking down concrete with pickaxes and pneumatic tools. Industrial cleaning (heavy vacuums). Working at heights and in confined spaces.The Shifts (Rotating): Week 1: 05:30 – 14:30 (Mon-Sat) Week 2: 13:30 – 22:30 (Mon-Fri)The Offer: £12.98/hr base + Overtime & Bonus (£33k+ OTE).
