Production Operatives Deeside (CH5) £28k + shift (£33.5k) 4 on 6 off shift Permanent role Interviewing 10th Sept & starting 15th Sept Do you want a career? Do you want progression? If so we are seeking a number of experienced permanent production operatives, who have experience working in an automated production environment. This opportunity is working in a brand new state of the art facility based in Deeside. What you will be doing Day to day you will be operating & monitoring large industrial machinery using the control panels, ensuring the machinery runs smoothly & efficiently. You will be producing paper & tissue products. Shift This is working a 4 on 6 off shift pattern 4 on working 2 days 06:00 – 18:00 then straight to 2 days 18:00 – 06:00 To be considered Full training will be provided to candidates with the following: Have prior production experience ideally on industrial machines (not just warehouse work). Solid CV not swapping jobs every 5 minutes Good teamwork Enthusiastic attitudeThe training will involve a fully expensed trip to Spain or Italy to have hands on training with the machinery before it\’s installed in Deeside. So you will need an in date passport. What We Offer A permanent job from day one. A salary of £33500 per year inc shift, plus overtime A comprehensive benefits package including a 6% pension. Huge progression potential (you are the first on site to lead the way)Please note for this position as it is a new site at first you will be working 08:30 – 17:30 then gradually transitioning to the 4 on 6 off pattern as the site is fully operational (approx.
