We need a hands-on, experienced warehouse team leader with a valid, accredited counterbalance FLT certificate for a busy distribution centre in Southam.
This is not an operations manager role. You will be:
- Running and managing a small team
- Managing performance and working to KPIs
- Ensuring trucks are loaded, picked and orders processed correctly
- Getting involved in day to day warehouse duties yourself
The warehouse is clean, warm and dry and the environment is very process driven.
