Warehouse Supervisor Leicester LE5 Salary - £37,000 Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00 Full Time Permanent Do you have leadership experience in a fast-paced supply chain, production or logistics environment? What you will be doing You will be leading a diverse team of up to 34 staff that work across various shifts, working alongside the warehouse manager in the day-to-day operations & planning. Additionally: Guiding and developing your team of operatives & FLT drivers. Ensuring stock levels are accurate & stored correctly. Monitor performance & KPI’s taking action where needed. Attend/lead team briefings & shift handovers This is a varied role split between being out in the warehouse & in the office. To be considered At least 2 years’ experience in a leadership/supervisory role Strong experience in supply chain, logistics or production environments Counterbalance experience Experience using SAP is beneficial Stable career history Good teamwork Clear communication Enthusiastic attitude A drive to progress your career Due to the site location you need your own transport.
