We are looking for a TIG Welding Wizard who can weld a clean line, has experience with castings, some vein to vein work, and crucially experience with aluminium. You will be working with steel and aluminium components for the aerospace sector (a mixture of standard components and castings), working to tight tolerances.
The role involves a rotating shift pattern:
- Days (Mon to Thurs 05:45 – 13:45, Friday 05:45-10:45)
- Late (Mon to Thurs 13:45 – 21:45, Fridays 01:45 – 15:45)
During your initial first couple of weeks (2 – 4), you will be on fixed days receiving a base rate of £15.90 p/hr. The moment you go to shifts, you will receive £18.92 p/hr on all hours.
