A busy engineering site in the Wigston area of Leicester is looking for a Final Inspector on a permanent basis, in a busy & expanding CNC workshop. You will be the final line of defence in the war against faults and flaws.
You will be responsible for:
- Carrying out visual inspections & hands-on inspections ahead of components going to contractors or customers.
- Ensuring documentation is completed (batch cards, audit sheets etc.).
- Carrying out non-conformance reports.
To be considered, you MUST have experience as a final inspector within a precision engineering environment working to micron tolerances; this is essential. Without this experience, you will not be considered.
Working on a rotating shift of:
- Days - Mon - Thurs 05:45 - 13:45 & Fri 05:45 - 10:45
- Late - Mon - Thurs 13:45 - 21:45 & Fri 10:45 - 15:45
