We are recruiting for a Weekend Call Handler to join a busy call centre based within Daventry. It's a fast paced role where no day will be the same. You'll be answering incoming calls, creating reports, booking appointments, handling basic enquiries via telephone and live chat, and maintain excellent service throughout the entirety of the process.
