We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join a growing technology distribution company in Daventry. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in logistics and operations, with clear progression towards a senior role within the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage inventory control and track shipments
- Plan and arrange transport logistics
- Create and update commercial invoices
- Perform data analysis to improve processes
- Process orders and liaise with customers and suppliers via email and phone
- Provide general warehouse and admin support (initially, this will involve hands-on work like unloading containers and managing stock to help you understand the processes)
- Degree (preferred) in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related fields
- Experience in logistics or warehouse roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient with computers and systems, especially in data management (e.g., Excel)
- Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities and dive into all aspects of the role
