We are looking for Tri-Lingual Customer Service Advisors who can work rotating shifts at a busy distribution centre that deals with commercial vehicle breakdowns all over Europe. This role requires you to speak English, Spanish, and French (all 3 - this is a deal-breaker).
You will be taking calls from stranded drivers, booking accommodation, speaking to repair centres, or arranging the recovery of vehicles within Europe. There will be computer use, so sending and receiving emails, many inbound calls, and a process to follow when dealing with these calls.
To be considered, it is vital that you speak the 3 languages (English, French, and Spanish - all 3).
