Sales & Marketing Manager Leicester Mon – Fri (8-hour shift between 6am and 6pm) £40K We are looking for an experienced and very ambitious Sales & Marketing Manager for a busy engineering company in Leicestershire.
This is an office-based role (sorry, but no remote/hybrid options) working Monday – Friday.
You will be expected to drive and grow sales, identify new opportunities, work with the marketing department to support new initiatives and build relationships with customers.
It's a mixture of marketing and sales, so we really are looking for someone who has solid experience in both (we are NOT just looking for a marketing person).
The sales element is quite strong, and there will be outbound calls, aka cold calling, plus targets to hit.
The perfect person will be someone who has a strong B2B sales background, is confident with social media platforms such as Instagram and Tik Tok, and is computer literate.
This role offers you: £40K basic salary.
