Experienced Warehouse Operative with Counterbalance proof of training in Coventry CV3.

Day Shift: Mon-Thurs 09:30-18:00, Fri 09:30-16:45.

Temp-Perm after 12 weeks at £12.96 per hour – 39 hours per week.

We are currently hiring for a reliable, proactive MHE Warehouse Operative to start with a logistics business in Coventry (CV3). Due to the site location, we are only considering candidates who either live in CV3 or have their own, reliable transport.

This role will be working in a small, close-knit team of hardworking individuals with good morale. Please note this is a role with duties on and off the Counterbalance.

Duties will include:

  • Loading and unloading containers using Counterbalance and by hand.
  • Picking and packing pallets.
  • Quality checking stock.
  • Basic system use - processing returns.

What do I need to be considered?

  • Previous Counterbalance experience with evidence of training.
  • Happy with manual handling – most items are approx 5-15kg; however, at times items can weigh up to 40kg (2 person lift).
  • Happy with a role with duties on and off the trucks.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
  • Have a solid CV showing commitment to employers.
  • CV3 based or access to own transport.
